If i wanted to sum up my sessions with Maria Saab related to lifestyle, food and mental health related habits, I would have to say that she made me realize that for a person to be happy he shouldn't be running away from stuff or doing stuff a-lot more than others. The key of happiness is to know how to balance and give time to everything that we care about. I totally forgot about essential stuff in my life like family, adventures, new hobbies, new discoveries and many more. I was unaware of those precious moments that I lost gradually as i sunk into my business and professional life. I even reached a point where I forgot about myself and my own personal satisfactions that are related to personal achievements and dreams in the Music Industry, the shape of my body, the amount of time i should give to myself alone... The approach of Maria is very subtle and fun at the same time and her patience and real genuine care for me as a client is amazing to the point where she follows my every move especially on social media and gives me pointers and support to every small progress I am doing to reach the balance we are aiming to achieve.
